IT Support services are delivered via email, remotely, or onsite (with Service Call charge) with a maximum 24-hour response turnaround. Emergency or unplanned service will take place outside of normal business hours. IT support includes networking, account management, troubleshooting, integration, management, configuration, and equipment upgrades.
Technology Manager Services are delivered via email, phone, remotely, or onsite with a 12-hour or next business day response turnaround as well as included online Google Workspace Administration support services. Emergency or unplanned service will take place outside of normal business hours. In addition, technology manager subscribers will accumulate $300/month credit* towards individual IT support service hours, professional development, or advisory and consulting services, and a 10% discount on any additional purchased services. This credit can be waived to reduce the monthly or annual cost.
